This is just a really neat ad apparently put up in a subway station in New York. A timer counts down and then a video of Ryan Hall at his normal marathon speed. It really puts in to perspective how much distance he’s actually covering. If you see normal wide video of a marathon runner running, it almost looks like they’re just jogging at a reasonable speed, but to actually see him in a more real context, it’s amazing that they’re able to maintain such a high speed for such a sustained amount of time.
